September is the point where the fixture list gets serious. The transfer window has shut, the tables have started to take shape, and Europe's big five leagues all play three rounds before the international break lands. If you are opening a Bet9ja account this month, the promotion code is YOHAIG.
What the YOHAIG code actually does
There is a promo field on the Bet9ja sign-up form, and plenty of new users leave it blank. You only get one chance to fill it, because the code cannot be added after the account exists. Type YOHAIG into that box and the account is flagged for the welcome offer, worth up to ₦100,000 depending on your first deposit.
Nothing is charged for the code. New customers only, and the bonus comes with wagering conditions, which is standard across the market. Look at the conditions first so the bonus behaves the way you expect.
Register with promotion code YOHAIG and claim up to ₦100,000 welcome bonus.
The first weekend, 4 to 6 September
The standout fixture that weekend is Inter Milan against Napoli at 17:00 on the Saturday. It sits inside a heavy weekend. That Saturday also brings Fiorentina against Torino at 14:00, with Espanyol against Sevilla on the Sunday night. Every time given is WAT. Because the UK is still on summer time, UK listings match Nigerian time exactly in September.
The second run of fixtures
The heavyweight game here is Real Madrid against Rayo Vallecano at 20:00 on the Saturday. Around it you get Tottenham Hotspur against Everton at 17:30, then Leeds United hosting Newcastle United on the Monday at 20:00. Note that La Liga plays a full midweek round on 15, 16 and 17 September, easy to overlook.
The last weekend before the break, 18 to 20 September
The last weekend carries Sevilla against Barcelona at 20:00 on the Saturday. Then the club season stops dead. The top divisions in England, Spain, Italy, Germany and France all break after 20 September and stay off until October. A merged international window covering 24 September to 6 October means no top-flight club football in those five countries for the last ten days of the month.
The full month, every league, every kick-off time in Nigerian time, is laid out here: Bet9ja fixtures for the month.
The Super Eagles fill the gap
The break matters more here than it does in Europe. The Super Eagles start 2027 AFCON qualifying at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium against Madagascar, before an away trip to Guinea-Bissau four days later. Nigeria sit in Group L with Tanzania, Madagascar and Guinea-Bissau, and the group has a wrinkle. Tanzania co-host the 2027 finals and are already qualified, which changes how the places in that group are decided. Coming off a missed World Cup, there is very little goodwill left in the stands.
How to approach a month shaped like this
Put the code in during sign-up, because it cannot be added later. YOHAIG only works on the way in. Decide what September costs you before a ball is kicked. Read the rollover terms on the welcome bonus before your first deposit. Front-load your staking into the first three weekends. There is very little club football after that. Price the AFCON games on their own terms, not by club-football habits. Team news moves those lines hard. Cut a leg or two off the acca you were about to build.
Bonus terms in this market move, so read the live page rather than trusting a screenshot from three months ago. The full breakdown of the current Bet9ja promo code sits on bet9japromotioncode.ng.
