What Is Tenancy by the Entirety?
Tenancy by the totality describes a type of shared residential or commercial property ownership that is generally booked only for married couples. An occupancy by the totality permits partners to jointly own residential or commercial property as a single legal entity. This means that each spouse has an equivalent and undistracted interest in the residential or commercial property.
